Aggie Muster

Uniting in Remembrance: Honoring Aggie Tradition and Legacy

Aggie Muster is an annual tradition observed by the former students of Texas A&M University (often referred to as Aggies) worldwide. It's held on April 21st, the anniversary of the Battle of San Jacinto, where many Aggies fought and died during the Texas Revolution. During Aggie Muster, alumni gather in various locations around the world to honor and remember Aggies who have passed away in the preceding year. The event typically includes a roll call of those who have died, followed by a moment of silence, speeches, and often a dinner or other social activities. It's a deeply cherished tradition that reinforces the bonds of the Aggie network and pays homage to the university's rich history and heritage.
